Warning
The ravines in the Slovak Paradise are open with a strong warning of higher water levels and slippery frozen surfaces. We recommend the use of hiking poles and crampons. The ferrata in the Kysel Gorge is closed seasonally. The bridge over the strait in the Hornád Gorge, located between the Tomášovský View and the Letanovský Mill, is damaged; for safety reasons, no more than 2 persons are allowed on the bridge at a time. In the Tiesňava valley near Stratená, there was a slope slide, which damaged the entire hiking trail and the securing chains. The Tiesňava valley will therefore be closed for a long time until further notice.
